Offset Printing
The most common offset (often just “Lito” for short) is a highly cost-effective for medium-and long-term jobs. Initial cost estimates can be sure that the metal plate, but once they were created, and put him in the press that they produce one or a million prints. The cost of paper and ink is relatively low.
The ink is applied to the metal in a few commercials and then through a series of rollers for the paper. With plates never touch the paper itself in the printing process is called “offset”.
Print this technique in two directions. The first process or CMYK printing. CMYK refers to the use of four ink colors (cyan, magenta, yellow and black, as is known in the language of the great pressure – including K).
With these four colors in almost all colors of the spectrum can be printed. Suitable for most color printing and newspapers are always full, because the four color inks, it is surprisingly affordable.
Another commonly used method of offset printing presses so-called spot color. It is used when an exact match of color is needed.
This specially blended paint formula in accordance with the instructions (generally, Pantone ®, but there are other leaders), and download a host in the newspaper. The picture above shows the double-headed preparation exactly mixed color of green and purple ink.
Digital Printing
Multitide digital printing technologies include, but use them to our Xeikon and HP Indigo digital presses least.
Digital printing is very different from the internal color laser printers and color copiers in the liquid ink they use is not empty. The result is a sense of offset printing, not heat, merged with the rings, like those for copiers and printers. Xeikon much harder to solve than other stocks of machinery – to 350gsm (grams per square meter), as most laser printers 160gsm struggle with anything.
Digital printing machines have the advantage Litho, even if only temporarily (for example, in small quantities) is not required. Since there is no disc to load and prepare the so-called set-up times of life. Each print can be different, if that’s what you need – the same reason the press can not in the same job as part of the same pressure can be generated.
We use digital printing for small orders, the majority of the posters up to A2 format. Large posters, we use a different technology known as print printing large format.
Large Format Printing
Wide, in this context that is larger than DIN A3. Printer can also print this work in an excellent range of substrates (materials), all species to withstand extreme conditions.
Large format printers such as inkjet printers for home, but much more glass (print width), and often up to eight colors of ink. This combination of properties means that large prints can be produced, in our case up to 1524 mm in width, but a true photo quality.
Expensive large-format printing, developed to the colors and materials for a long time. Two types of inks: dye-female, and solvent-based paint that are resistant to ultraviolet (UV) light, which is the rays of the sun and thus suitable for outdoor use.
Many substrates are printed on large format machines:
Photo-realistic matte paper, suitable for indoor use, and most of the windows.
Wet strength of paper for use on billboards and outdoor areas.
Opaque film which window was located.
Transparent film, light displays, signs, like a business.
Pressure sensitive vinyl graphics for cars, but in each permanent use outdoors.
Banner vinyl, which is usually equipped with brass ears and plastic rope attached to walls and fences.
Treviera polycloth, lightweight yet durable material is ideal for depressed flags.
For the protection of these photographs offer a variety of assembly and encapsulation, including films of various thicknesses and designs, depending on the purpose and place of manufacture pressure.
Due to the large number of combinations of sizes, materials and finishes that we contact us for advice on how to recommend the best solution for large format printing needs at the best price.
