What is A plus grade plastic card?

A plus grade card can be called “Luxury version” plastic card.

First, unlike standard card, this grade is printed by HEIDELBERG Speedmaster SM 52. Following we have attached brief intro from it’s manufactuer:

“The Speedmaster SM 52 – Ideal to Meet the Growing, Ever-Changing Needs of the Market. To meet the particular needs of our customers, the Speedmaster SM 52 comes in a selection of models ranging from one-color to eight-color. When ordered as a four-, five- or six-color press, it can also be fitted with an inline coating unit or an Inline Diecutting unit. All design features, the prepress link and the Prinect CP2000 Center have been geared to practical needs and usage over a broad spectrum of applications. The Speedmaster SM 52 sets the standard in its format class. ”

This machine is from Germany and use Alcohol Moisten Plate. The colour reproduction and duration is better than ordinary machine printed card.

Second, we use the A plus grade pvc material for the card base and best quality steel plate when laminating the card. So the card lifetime is extened from 3years to more than 5years. The card surface is very smooth and expensive hand feeling.

Third, we make 120% of the order quantity and only pickout the best 100% for our client.

Who need A plus grade plastic card?

Give value for value, if your service or products is targeted to high-end market or you need something to bulid your business image and impress your clients with a different taste. Then a top quality plastic card is what you need.

Why price is so much higher than standard card?

1. Printing machine price is higher. Also the maintaining and machine operating cost is higher too.

2. Other printing machine use Water Moisten Plate but SM52 use Alcohol Moisten Plate. Alcohol is much more expensive and evaporable.

3. Different raw meterial.

4. We make 120% of the order quantity and only pickout the best 100% for our client.

PVC cards have a variety of uses from identification cards to membership badges. making PVC card requires professional-quality equipment. Consulting with a professional plastic card printer is likely your best bet for producing PVC cards you can be proud of.

1.Shop around to find a printer or print house that specializes in PVC card printing. Look for the one that offers the lowest price for the quantity needed, a wide selection of card materials and types, and proofing services before running the final print.
2.Contact your printer and request a template of your PVC card. Ask the printer to provide the template in the native file type of your design software. In most cases, the printer will either email you the file or direct you to a website to download it.
3.Open the template in your graphic design software. Using your design PVC card tools, design the look of the card within the template’s size and shape. If you’re adding anything special like a scratch-off area or unique ID numbers, make note of the location where the printer should add it. If graphic design is not your thing, ask the printer if a designer is on staff.
4.Save your file and send it to your printer. Most printers will provide you with an email address or an FTP site to send files to. If you’re not sure, ask the printer. When sending files to printers, always follow up with a call or email making sure they have received it.
5.The print house will set up the file for its printers, but before it starts the run, most will have you proof the PVC card. Normally, this is done by sending you a PDF or image of what the card looks like. Look at this image carefully. Make sure all the spelling and images are correct and sharp. When you’re happy with the proof, let your printer know to start production. For simple jobs, or if you use the same printer over and over, proofs can sometimes be avoided to lower the cost.
6.Once your new PVC cards have arrived, look at a few to make sure the print quality and consistency is to your liking. Look for print mistakes or missing lettering. Refer to your proof. If you do find something wrong, quickly contact the printer and have the print run again.

Money has fast transformed into alphanumeric data recorded in valueless paper or plastic. Almost all credit card companies and banks give access to money through a plastic card. At least 400 million people use this plastic card in place of cash in USA, according to statistics of the year 2010 and it rises every day. And the number crossed by leaps and bound when a statistics of the year 2002 showed at least 865 million using plastic money in the USA.

And this is not only in credit and debit cards, but plastic is in extensive using in making of ATM cards, Membership cards of clubs, Hotel, Shopping center etc, Loyalty cards of a retail shop and even business cards. The business cards undoubtedly have got a tremendous importance in modern day business world as it is proven to be one of the finest media to initiate relationship with a potential customer or vendor or any related party. It is too known that minus a business card, people fail to make that much of an impression and there is a high probability of loosing clients in those cases. There lies the importance of possessing an aesthetically made business card.

A lot of things happened in the last thirty years to make plastic ubiquitous and take the spotlight off paper and card board in the making of cards. The plastic cards can be made thinner and still can be made durable due to its flexible PVC or poly carbonate body. A thinner plastic business card is easy to carry and need not be carried with care as it need not be taken care from dirt or water etc. Plastic cards too can hold the printed ink on the surface for a much longer period of time and therefore those cards if carry a bar code, for example, can keep it much longer than a paper card. Therefore many identity cards and hotel’s electronic key cards are made out of plastic. To add to that, plastic gives a card a much sought after unusual look. plastic made business cards, credit or ATM cards, membership cards and even gift cards are growing in popularity.

Thin plastic cards are printed widely and printed easily with facilities available even online. A customized design once made in computer with the help of available templates from the internet, they may be submitted through websites to the some professionals to print in bulk. Bar codes, magnetic swipes and signature strips too can be added there.

Loyalty card Is widely used in beauty salon, health club, hetel and more. A loyalty card can be a simple record for those who have paid to use your service or participate in your organization. It also can be used to promote your business or organization’s brand and effectively market your services to potential customers.
Now today I will tell you many useful ways make loyalty card by yourself. But you should prepare some tools below:PC,paper, printer, photoshop, pancil.
First Write a list of the information you wish to display on the loyalty card. Include the member’s name and loyalty number, and perhaps his or her address and/or phone number. You also will want to have a place for your company’s name and logo.

Second Choose a background from an array of colors and styles. I suggest design full color card is better. If you are using a design software, check the options available in the templates or backgrounds section.Photoshop CS and Word2010 is a useful tools. If your cards are to be professionally produced, ask the print company to give you several options. Your background should not detract from your company’s name or logo but should enhance it. You may wish to consult a graphic designer or an individual with a sense of design and artistry for advice on what patterns would work well for your card.

Third Choose a lettering style, also known as a font, from the software or professional printer that is simple and effective but still works with the overall look of your loyalty card. Your organization’s name may have an established brand lettering style that matches its logo. This should be retained for use on the loyalty card.Fouth step is Sketch out where information should be placed on the card. Such as you may wish to have only your shop’s name and company logo on the front, and loyalty infomation on the other side. Or you may wish to have both the member’s name and basic information on the front with the logo.
